How do I care for my Motif Duo's Battery?

Unplug the pump from the charger as soon as it is finished charging. Use your pump with a fully charged battery whenever possible. Charge the pump immediately when [Lo Bt] is displayed on the LCD screen.

Why did my Duo shut off?

For safety purposes, the Duo will automatically shut off after 30 minutes of use.

How long does the Duo last between charges? 

The Duo lasts about 2.5 hours on a single charge. 

What is the suction level of the Motif Duo? 

The Motif Duo has a suction level of 250mmHg. 

Is the Duo an open or closed system?

The Duo is a closed system pump, which means when used properly, there is no backflow of breastmilk into the tubing and pump. This prevents mold from growing in the pump and tubing.

Are the plastic parts BPA free?

Yes! All Motif collection containers, lids, caps, nipples, valves, flanges, and tubing are BPA free.

What are the Motif Duo parts made of? 

Duo valves, tubing, diaphragm membranes and nipples are made of non-porous silicone. Duo flanges, diaphragm cases, bottles, bottle caps, locking rings and bottle disks are made of polypropylene (PP). The Motif Duo housing is made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). 

Is the Duo available through insurance?

What is the voltage?

Adapter: Input AC 100 ~ 240V (50/60Hz), Output: DC 12V/1.5A

How much does the Motif Duo weigh?

A backlit screen helps you accurately see the modes, times, and levels in light or dark environments.
