How do I fit my flange and silicone inserts?
Make sure that the proper flange size is being used. The nipple should not be too tight or loose inside the flange tunnel and the nipple should be able to pull back and forth freely when pumping. It's essential that a good seals created between the breast and silicone inserts and that the correct size insert is used.
Please see the flange size guide.
Please watch this video.
How do I position my Motif Aura for optimal suction?
It is important to properly align the nipples into the center of the flange and have the pump
firmly pressed against the breast to make a suction seal. If the pump is loosely fit, the suction generated from the pump may leak and cause a low to no suction.

How long does the battery last?
If the pump is fully charged, it will last about 2 hours at maximum settings. It will take about two hours to fully charge from 0% power.
Is the Motif Aura available through insurance?
Yes, but coverage will vary depending on your specific insurance plan. To find a supplier who can help get your Motif Aura through insurance, use the Motif Insurance Lookup Tool.
What pumping bra should I pair the Motif Aura with?
A bra that is tight enough to firmly hold and press the pump against the breast for a complete seal. We recommend an adjustable pump with some support.

Why is there low or no suction?
If there's a loss of suction while pumping; seal between breast and flange might have “broken”
1. Pause pump.

3. Ensure diaphragm is back to starting position (non compressed).
4. Re-assemble pump to flange.
5. Align nipple with insert.
6. Cover with bra, and unpause / start pump
