If your insurance is not located in the “Payer” dropdown of the Motif Insurance Lookup Tool you can select “Other” to view potential in-network DME suppliers. Please reach out to these individual DME suppliers for further insurance eligibility information.

I applied for a breast pump/maternity compression and am requesting a status update on this.
Motif does not bill insurance and all orders will be completed through the DME supplier that you chose to work with. You can reach out to them directly for any order related updates.
I am clicking an ad from Motif for maternity compression but am not seeing where to get this through my insurance?
Your insurance may or may not cover maternity compression. Once you fill out our Insurance Lookup Tool, you can view where to receive your pump and/or compression supplies through insurance. Please contact the specific DME for more information.
